I have worked from hands-on software development through architecture, product delivery, and engineering management. Today, I lead multiple workflow engineering teams at BigHand and work on AI adoption and agentic delivery governance.

That experience shapes how I lead: understand the constraints, make the tradeoffs visible, and connect decisions to what a team can deliver.
